Taipan D’dance World has been established in Dec 1999 in Taipan Business Centre, UEP Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. It has been known as Dance World. It has been expanded to SS15 Subang Jaya in the year of 2004.

In May 2008, in conjunction with the 8th Anniversary celebration, Josephine Seow has taken the establishment to new heights by opening two new studios and consolidating ss15’s business in these branches and the HQ at Taipan.

Law graduate turned dance entrepreneur. A classically trained dancer in ballet, graduating into Ballroom Standard and Latin American dances. An International World Dance Council licensed adjudicator, Fellow in Latin American Branch and Licentiate in Modern Standard Branch and Freestyle Branch from the National Association of Teachers of Dancing (NATD, London).

Currently, Treasurer for Asia Dance Council (ADC) Amateur League, a body of professional dancers and professional teachers of Ballroom dances and Social dances. ADC Amateur League is an organisation formed to further and encourage "freedom of Choice" and a platform for the WDC AL in Asia.
